R. 13182](/us/bill/70/hr/13182).][[Public, No. 606](/us/pl/70/606).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * “Alabama,” Battleship.Silver service presented to, may be delivered to the State. That the Secretary of the Navy is authorized, in his discretion, to deliver to the custody of the department of archives and history of the State of Alabama, for preservation and exhibition, the silver service which was presented to the United States for the battleship Alabama by the citizens of that State: *Provided*, That no expense shall be incurred by the*Proviso.* No Government expense.
