Appropriation for expenses of American group. That in order to assist in meeting the annual expenses of the American group of the Interparliamentary Union for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1928, there is hereby appropriated the sum of $10,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, s.uch appropriation to be disbursed on vouchers to be approved by the president and the executive secretary of the American group.
