February 16, 1928.[[H. R. 194](/us/bill/70/hr/194).][[Public, No. 58](/us/pl/70/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Mississippi River.Morrison County, Minn., may bridge, at Little Falls. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the county of Morrison, State of Minnesota, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Little Falls, Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions ofConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. an act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all theRight to sell, etc., conferred. rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the county of Morrison, its successors and assigns, and any party to whom such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, or transferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage foreclosure, or otherwise, is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such party.
Sec. 3. The Act of Congress approved May 13, 1926, entitled “AnFormer Act repealed.Vol. 44, p. 554, repealed. Act granting the consent of Congress to the city of Little Falls, Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River at or near the southeast corner of lot 3, section 34, township 41 north, range 32 west,” is hereby repealed. Sec. 4. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this act is hereby expresslyAmendment. reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
