R. 199](/us/bill/70/hr/199).][[Public, No. 57](/us/pl/70/57).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Mississippi River.Minnesota may bridge, at Monticello. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Minnesota to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the town of Monticello, Minnesota, in accordance withConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. the provisions of an act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expresslyAmendment. reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
