Grab.of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out 1982Six months’ naval gratuity pay to, for death of son. of current appropriations, Pay of the Navy, 1927, to Frank A. Grab, father of Alfred Newton Grab, deceased seaman, United States Navy, who was killed in line of duty on February 7, 1922, at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate said Alfred Newton Grab was receiving at the date of his death: *Provided*, That the said Frank A.
Grab establishes that he was actually dependent upon his son, *Proviso*.Dependence to be established.Alfred Newton Grab, at the time of the latter’s death. Approved, May 26, 1928.
