May 26, 1928.[[H. R. 11950](/us/bill/70/hr/11950).][[Public, No. 538](/us/pl/70/538).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the pier and Deer Island Thoroughfare, Me.Pier and wharf in, built by Marguerite S. Morrison, legalized.built by Marguerite S. Morrison in the Deer Island thorough-fare State of Maine, on the northerly side at the southeast end of Buckmaster Neck, which is about two miles north of the wharf at the town of Stonington, in the State of Maine, be, and the same is hereby, legalized to the same extent and with like effect as to all existing or future laws and regulations of the United States as if the permit required by the existing laws of the United States in such cases made and provided had been regularly obtained prior to the *Proviso.*Owner to make changes if necessary.erection of said pier and wharft: *Provided,* That any changes in said pier which the Secretary of War may deem necessary and order in the interest of navigation shall be promptly made by the owner thereof.
Amendment. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 26, 1928.
