R. 5628](/us/bill/70/hr/5628).][[Public, No. 51](/us/pl/70/51).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Potomac River.Time extended for bridging, from Dahlgren, Va., to Popes Creek, Md.Vol. 44, p. 398, amended.*Post, * p. 1322. That the time for commencing and the time for completing the construction of a bridge, authorized by the Act of Congress approved May 5, 1926, to be built across the Potomac River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation from a point in the vicinity of Dahlgren, in the northeastern end of King George County in the State of Virginia, to a point south of Popes Creek, in the County of Charles, in the State of Maryland, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
