R. 5744](/us/bill/70/hr/5744).][[Public, No. 49](/us/pl/70/49).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Grand Calumet River. That the consent115 of Congress is hereby granted to the board of commissioners of theLake County, Ind., may bridge, at East Chicago, Ind. county of Lake, State of Indiana, to reconstruct, maintain, and operate a free bridge across the Grand Calumet River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Forsythe Avenue in the city of East Chicago, Lake County, Indiana, in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
