Compensation as parents for death of Dr. Clarence L. Meisinger. That section 17 and 20 of the Act entitled “An Act to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties and for other purposes,” approved Conditions waived.September 7, 1916, as amended, are hereby waived in favor of John B. Meisinger and Nannie Belle Meisinger; that in the administration Vol. 39, pp. 746, 747.of the aforesaid Act John B. Meisinger and Nannie Belle Meisinger shall be held and considered to be the dependent parents of Doctor Clarence L.
Meisinger, who was killed June 2, 1924, by the explosion of a balloon in which he was making a series of upper air observations for the United States Weather Bureau. Approved, March 4, 1929.
