May 23, 1928.[[S. 3463](/us/bill/70/s/3463).][[Public, No. 1](/us/pl/70/1).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in determining Army.Officers credited with service in Philippine Constabulary, for retirement pay, etc.the pay period and rights of retirement in the case of officers of the Regular Army, active duty performed as an officer of the Philippine Constabulary shall be credited to the same extent as service under a Regular Army commission or other active duty recognized under the provisions of section 127a of the National Defense Act Vol. 41, p. 785.of June 3, 1916, as amended by the Act of June 4, 1920.
