That the Comptroller General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized, notwithstanding the provisions of section 3828, Revised Statutes, to [R. Code, p. 1430](/us/usc/p1430).adjust and settle the claim of the Press Publishing Company, of Marianna, Arkansas, in the amount of $9, for publication of advertisements inviting proposals for sundry work at Marianna, Arkansas, post office, during July and November, 1924, and January, 1925, and to certify same for payment from the appropriation “General expenses of public buildings, 1925.
