R. 9568](/us/bill/70/hr/9568).][[Private, No. 161](/us/pvtl/70/161).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Lands in Louisiana.Purchase of certain, by owners thereof authorized. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to allow the persons or corporation, in possession and having the bona fide equitable *Post*, p. 2392.ownership thereof, to purchase at private sale, at the rate of $1.25 per acre, section 158 in township 12 south of range 14 east, Louisiana meridian, Louisiana, containing thirty-nine and eighty one-hundredths acres.
