Tavenner. Refund to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Clyde H. Tavenner, the sum of $893.92, representing the amount paid by him in 1916 to the Public Printer for speeches ordered, but neither printed nor delivered, the said amount in that year deposited by the Public Printer in the Treasury of the United states to the credit of miscellaneous receipts, as required by law.
