Payment to, for damage to farm. of the Treasury he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to John Bowie, of Annapolis Junction, Maryland, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,610 for damage to his farm in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, on account of the occupation by the United States Army during the years 1917, 1918, and 1919. Approved, March 2, 1929.
