R. 12192](/us/bill/70/hr/12192).][[Public, No. 455](/us/pl/70/455).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Public lands.Patent to Buhl, Idaho, of lands deeded by Governor of the State.of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept a deed from H. C. Baldridge, Governor of the State of Idaho, to the following-described lands: The southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 23, township 9 south, range 14 east, Boise meridian, Idaho, containing forty acres, and to issue a patent for said lands to the city of Buhl, Twin Falls County, Idaho, for use as a public dumping ground.
