R. 8126](/us/bill/70/hr/8126).][[Public, No. 452](/us/pl/70/452).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the last Mount McKinley National Park, Alaska.Limit on appropriations for, repealed.Vol. 39, p. 939, repealed.proviso of section 7 of an Act entitled “An Act to establish the Mount McKinley National Park, in the Territory of Alaska,” approved February 26, 1917, which is in the words and figures following:
“*Provided,* That no appropriation for the maintenance of said park in excess of $10,000 annually shall be made, unless the same shall have first been expressly authorized by law,” be, and the same is hereby, repealed. Provision allowing killing of game for food in, repealed.Vol. 39, p. 939, repealed. Sec. 2. That the proviso of section 6 of an Act entitled “An Act to establish the Mount McKinley National Park, in the Territory of Alaska,” approved February 26, 1917, which is in the words and figures following:
“*Provided,* That prospectors and miners engaged in prospecting or mining in said park may take and kill therein so much game or birds as may be needed for their actual necessities when short of food; but in no case shall animals or birds be killed in said park for sale or removal therefrom, or wantonly,” be, and the same is hereby repealed. Approved, May 21, 1928.
