S. Cruiser.Silver bell of, to be delivered to Louisiana State Museum.of the Navy is authorized, in his discretion, to deliver to the custody of the Louisiana State Museum, of the city of New Orleans, Louisiana, for preservation and exhibition the silver bell which was in use on the cruiser New Orleans: *Provided,* That no expenses shall be *Proviso.*No Federal expense.incurred by the United States for the delivery of such silver bell.
