Butler. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, John R. Butler, who was a member of Company I, Seventh Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 20th day of December, 1863: *Provided*,*Proviso.* No back pay, etc. That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
