Dower. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers and their dependents, James J. Dower, who was a member of Battery C, Second United States Artillery, Fourteenth Company Coast Artillery, Ninety-sixth Company Coast Artillery, Twentieth Company Coast Artillery Corps, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a private of that organization on the 17th day of August, 1907: *Provided*, That no bounty, back*Proviso*.
No prior pension, etc. pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1929.
