May 21, 1928.[[S. 3026](/us/bill/70/s/3026).][[Public, No. 443](/us/pl/70/443).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the sum of Papago Indian reservation, Ariz.Fence along eastern boundary of, authorized.*Post,* p. 899.$15,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for expenditure under the direction of the Secretary or the Interior for the purchase of barbed wire and posts and transportation of the same for use in the construction of a fence on or near the east boundary of the Papago Indian Reservation, Arizona, beginning at the international boundary line and extending in a northerly direction for approximately sixty miles: *Provided,* *Proviso.*No labor expenditure.That no part of said appropriation shall be expended in payment of labor for the erection of said fence.
