Clark. Military record corrected. That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Marion M. Clark, who was a member of Troop L, Fourteenth Cavalry, United States Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of that *Proviso*. No back pay, etc.organization on the 30th day of December, 1901: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
