B. Heiner. Reimbursement to, for loss of internal revenue stamps. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to D. B. Heiner, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $9,500 as reimbursement for loss incurred by him as the collector of internal revenue for the twenty-third district, Pennsylvania, in paying into the Treasury of the United States the amount of the shortage of stamps in his office, caused by the embezzlement of the stamp clerk.
