That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Montana, Valley County, Montana, and McCone County, Montana, or to any or either of them, jointly or severally, to construct, maintain, and operate a free bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near Glasgow, Montana, in township 25 north, range 40 east of the Montana principalConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. meridian, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, February 16, 1928.
