Lizenby. Payment to, for personal injury, etc. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Annie M. Lizenby, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement of all claims against the Government, the sum of $3,000 to compensate her for injury and damage sustained at Tacoma, Washington, December 14, 1922, when she was struck by a motor truck belonging to and operating under authority of the United States Army.
