Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, the sum of $772.35 to Ella Mae Rinks for personal injury resulting from being run down by a truck belonging to the Sequoyah Orphan Training School. Approved, March 2, 1929.
