Snyder, etc. Remission of bail bond. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to Ed. Snyder, $285.92; to William Paddock, $381.23; to Ed.
Strike, $47.65; and to A. S. Heydeck, $47.6, in the remission of a bond which was forfeited by the failure of John McCarthy, of Tenakee, Alaska, to appear before the District Court of Juneau, Alaska, on October 6, 1922, the said John McCarthy being deceased on the date he was cited to appear. Approved, March 2, 1929.
