May 17, 1928.[[S. 2340](/us/bill/70/s/2340).][[Public, No. 420](/us/pl/70/420).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That upon completion Duluth, Minn.Transfer of old public building at, on completion of new.of the new Federal building authorized to be erected under the provisions of the Act of March 2, 1907, in the city of Duluth, Minnesota, the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized to transfer to the city of Duluth, Minnesota, the old Federal building, together with the site thereof, at such price and on such terms as he deems to be reasonable, and to convey such property to the city of Duluth by the usual quitclaim deed and deposit the proceeds of such sale in the Treasury of the United States as a miscellaneous receipt.
