R. 13032](/us/bill/70/hr/13032).][[Public, No. 408](/us/pl/70/408).] *Be it enacted, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That Rule 7 of the Great Lakes, etc.Lights required.Act of Congress approved February 8, 1895, entitled “An Act to regulate navigation on the Great Lakes and their connecting and tributary waters,” be amended so as to read as follows: " “Rule 7. The lights for tugs under one hundred tons register Tugs, etc.Regulations, etc.Vol. 28, p. 646, amended.(net), whose principal business is harbor towing, and for boats navigating only on the River Saint Lawrence, also ferryboats, rafts, and canal boats, shall be regulated by rules which have been or may hereafter be prescribed by the Board of Supervising Inspectors of Steam Vessels.
