Settlement of claim of, for stoppage of pay, etc., authorized. General of the United States be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjust and settle the claim of Captain William Cassidy, Quartermaster Corps, United States Army, in the sum of $4,740.39 on account of stoppage of pay as the result of the Loss of public funds due to financial irregularities and frauds against the Government, in the handling of public funds by a civilian employee of the Quartermaster Corps at Camp Custer, Michigan, during the period from April, 1924, to October, 1927, for part of which CaptainReport to Congress.
Cassidy has been held responsible, and to certify the same to Congress for an appropriation. Approved, March 2, 1929.
