C. and Alice C. Gallivan. Compensation to, for death of father. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $5,000 to Marie E. C, Gallivan and Alice C. Gallivan, of New Haven, Connecticut, in full settlement against the Government, as compensation for the death of their father, James P, Gallivan, who was killed by the falling of a stone from the pediment of the Federal building in New Haven, Connecticut, February 7, 1927.
