Cornes. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, James P. Cornes, who was a member of Company K, Twenty-second Regiment New York Volunteer Cavalry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a second lieutenant of that organization on the 30th day of September, 1865: *Provided*, That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be*Proviso*.
No back pay, etc. held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, March 2, 1929.
