R. 16531](/us/bill/70/hr/16531).][[Public, No. 983](/us/pl/70/983).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the times forOhio River.Time extended for bridging, at Golconda, Ill. commencing and completing the construction of the bridge across the Ohio River at or near Golconda, authorized to be built by C. J. Abbott, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, by the Act of*Ante*, p. 319.
Congress approved March 16, 1928, are hereby extended one and three years respectively from March 16, 1929. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
