R. 11992](/us/bill/70/hr/11992).][[Public, No. 385](/us/pl/70/385).] *Be it enacted by the Senate, and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Current River.Arkansas Highway Commission may bridge, at Biggers. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Arkansas Highway Commission to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and the approaches thereto across the Current River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Biggers, in the county of Randolph, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
Arkansas, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2.Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 14, 1928.
