Townsend.Monthly payments to, for personal injuries. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Vern E. Townsend, during his natural life, the sum of $46.66 per month in addition to the sum of $103.34 per month which he isAdditional to present pay, under Employees Compensation Act.Vol. 39, p. 742. now receiving under the provisions of the United States Employees’ Compensation Act, to date from the passage of this Act, for the payment of regular aid and attendance of another person on account of injuries sustained while in the line of his duties as rural carrier at the Elgin, North Dakota, post office, said monthly payments to be paid through the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission.
