March 2, 1929.[[S. 5845](/us/bill/70/s/5845).][[Public, No. 961](/us/pl/70/961).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Ohio River.Kentucky and Ohio Terminal Company may bridge, near Cincinnati, Ohio. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Kentucky and Ohio Terminal Company, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Ohio River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, above Cincinnati, Ohio, near Coney Island, to a point above Newport, Kentucky,Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. opposite the Ohio terminal, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Right to sell, etc, conferred. The right to sell, assign, transfer, and mortgage all the rights, powers, and privileges conferred by this Act is hereby granted to the Kentucky and Ohio Terminal Company, its successors and assigns; and any party to whom such rights, powers, and privileges may be sold, assigned, transferred, or who shall acquire the same by mortgage or foreclosure or otherwise, is hereby authorized to exercise the same as fully as though conferred herein directly upon such party.
Sec. 3. Amendment; The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
