March 2, 1929.[[S. 5835](/us/bill/70/s/5835).][[Public, No. 958](/us/pl/70/958).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the consentMissouri River.Saint Louis-Kansas City Short Line Railroad Company may bridge, near Saint Charles, Mo. of Congress is hereby granted to the Saint Louis-Kansas City Short Line Railroad Company, a corporation of the State of Missouri, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Missouri River at a point about four miles south of west of the city of Saint Charles, in the county of Saint Charles, Missouri, to a point in Saint LouisConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
County in said State, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
