Dak.Per capita payment to, from tribal funds. of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to withdraw from the Treasury of the United States so much of the tribal funds on deposit therein to the credit of the Rosebud Indians, of South Dakota, as may be required to make a $10 per capita payment to the recognized members of the tribe, and to pay or distribute the same under such rules and regulations as he may prescribe.
