Dyer, dependent mother of the late Ensign William Lansdale Dyer, United States Navy, who died on board the United States Ship Relief February 20, 1927, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the1828 rate said Ensign William Lansdale Dyer was entitled to receive*Proviso*.Dependence to be established. at the date of his death: *Provided*, That the said Anita W.
Dyer establishes to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Navy the fact that she was dependent upon her son, the late William Lansdale Dyer at the time of his death. Approved, May 9, 1928.
