March 2, 1929.[[S. 5746](/us/bill/70/s/5746).][[Public, No. 922](/us/pl/70/922).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * That the sewerAllegheny River.Sewer outlet in, by Pittsburgh, Pa., legalized. outlet constructed in the Allegheny River at Thirty-second Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, by the city of Pittsburgh, be, and the same is hereby, legalized to the same extent and with like effect as to all existing or future laws and regulations of the United States as if the permit required by the existing laws of the United States in such cases made and provided had been regularly obtained prior to the construction of said sewer outlet.
Sec. 2. That any changes in said sewer outlet which the SecretaryAny necessary changes to be made. of War may deem necessary and order in the interest of navigation shall be promptly made by the owner thereof. Sec. 3. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, March 2, 1929.
