R. 11267](/us/bill/70/hr/11267).][[Public, No. 334](/us/pl/70/334).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent Mississippi River.Itasca County, Minn., may bridge, between Cohasset and Deer River.of Congress is hereby granted to the board of county commissioners of Itasca County, Minnesota, to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the north line of section 35, township 144 north, range 25 west, on the road between the villages of Cohasset and Deer River, Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby Amendment.expressly reserved. Approved, May 1, 1928.
