R. 11473](/us/bill/70/hr/11473).][[Public, No. 332](/us/pl/70/332).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the consent Red River of the North.North Dakota, Minnesota, etc., may bridge, between Fargo, N. Dak., and Moorhead, Minn.of Congress is hereby granted to the State of North Dakota, the State of Minnesota, the county of Cass, North Dakota, the county of Clay, Minnesota, the city of Fargo, North Dakota, and the city of Moorhead, Minnesota, or to any one or more of them to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge across the Red River of the North at a point suitable to the interests of navigation between Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.*Post,* p. 1534.Fargo, North Dakota, and Moorhead, Minnesota, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Amendment. Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 1, 1928.
