Bailey. Monthly payments to, for loss of eyes. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Andrew T. Bailey, during his natural life, the sum of $50 per month, to date from the passage of this Act, as compensation for the loss of the sight of both eyes while serving as a trusty at the Federal penitentiary at Atlanta, Georgia, said monthly payments to be paid through the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission.
