Payment to, for personal injuries.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money not otherwise appropriated, and in full settlement against the Government, to Ona Harrington, of Minonk, Illinois, the sum of $667.40 as compensation for injuries received in an airplane accident in or near Kempton, Illinois, on July 10, 1919. Approved, April 28, 1928.
