Refund to, on bail bond.That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any moneys in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $978.60 to Abe Tenenbaum, attorney for R. Bluestein, Savannah, Georgia, which sum represents the loss sustained by the said R. Bluestein on the bail bond of Frank Holmes, who was afterwards captured and returned to the United States officers by the said R. Bluestein; record of said retreatment of bond is shown in report of clerk of the United States Court, L.
