Head. Land patent to heirs of. That the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to permit the heirs of William W. Head, deceased, as transferees of Henry W. Grable, within six months from the approval of this Act, to select one hundred and sixty acres of surveyed, nonmineral, unreserved public land *Proviso*. Relinquishment of present holding.of the United States and receive a patent therefor: *Provided*, That the said heirs of William W. Head, their heirs or assigns, shall file a relinquishment of all their right, title, or interest in and to the 2341southwest quarter of the northeast quarter, the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, and the lots 2 and 3, section 3, township 1 south, range 20 east of Willamette meridian, in the State of Oregon.
