April 28, 1928.[[S. 3366](/us/bill/70/s/3366).][[Public, No. 324](/us/pl/70/324).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary Shoshone and Arapahoe Indians, Wyo.Per capita payment to, from trust funds.of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized to withdraw from the Treasury of the United States so much of the money credited to the Shoshone and Arapahoe Indians of Wyoming under the Act of August 21, 1916 (Thirty-ninth Statutes, page 519), as Vol. 39, p. 519.may be necessary to make a $25 per capita payment to said Indians, and to pay or distribute the same to all recognized members of the tribes under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed.
