That the Paymaster General of the Navy is authorized and directed to pay, out of funds appropriated for the pay of the Navy, to the parents of Wyman Henry Beckstead, late radio man, second class, United States Navy, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate received by said *Proviso*.Dependence to be established.Wyman Henry Beckstead at the time of his death: *Provided*, That said parents establish to the satisfaction of the Secretary of the Navy that they were actually dependent upon the said Wyman Henry Beckstead at the time of his death.
