Reimbursement to, for medical, etc., treatment. That the Secretary of the Treasury of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $213 to Hugh Anthony McGuigan, formerly a fireman, United States Navy, for expense of medical attendance and hospital treatment incurred while he was on furlough from the United States ship Cleveland. Approved, February 28, 1929.
