H. Stillwell, of Savannah, Georgia, the contractor for the United States Post Office Building erected at Burlington, North Carolina, and, as to said W.
H. Stillwell, contractor, claims for reimbursementTime for filing. as provided by said Act of August 25, 1919, as amended by Act of March 6, 1920, may be filed within three months after the passage of this Act. Approved, February 28, 1929.
