Williams, Supply Corps, United States Navy, in the amount of $63.12, which amount represents funds deposited by Lieutenant L.
A. Williams with the Treasurer of the United States by order of the Secretary of the Navy covering payments made by Lieutenant L. A. Williams to certain men of the United States Navy, these payments later disallowed by the Comptroller General of the United States. Approved, February 28, 1929.
